Cypress Street (MD 291) The Old Gale Store was operated by Hurlock and Leo Gale who operated a store and meat market there during the early twentieth century.The section with its gable-end facing Cypress Street contained the commerical spece on the first storey and part of the shopkeepers dwelling space on the second storey. It was built after the 1904 fire. |
