This collection consists of 4 handwritten manuscripts called "The Grange Garner" written by the Fairlee (Kent County) Grange Editorial Committee from 1878 to 1887. This magazine was gathered by a group of women associated with the Grange, under the direction of Mrs. Avis E. Vannort. These manuscripts are rich with local lore and humor. In addition, one document containing grain prices in 1855 is included with the collection. Book of minutes 1878-1893. |
